Pilot Program Fees

These fees help cover administrative costs, materials, and program preparation.

• Application Fee: FREE

• Enrollment Fee: $100 (To secure your child’s spot in the program)

• Insurance Fee: $100 (Helps cover liability/SAM insurance)

Our monthly fees are designed to reflect the unique, personalized, and nature-based experience your child will receive.

• Tuition:

  • 3 Days a Week: $500 per month

  • 4 Days a Week: $650 per month

  • 5 Days a Week: $800 per month (Includes all daily activities, outdoor exploration, and curriculum)

• Snack Fee: $25 per month

• Payments Due: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via Venmo.

• Late Payments: Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.

We understand that unforeseen events may arise. Here’s our policy on refunds and credits:

• Refunds: Enrollment fee is non-refundable. If you withdraw from the program before the first session, 50% of the materials fee will be refunded. Tuition cost may only be refunded 50% up to 2 weeks before the start of each month.
