Looking for a way to get outside, spark creativity, and nurture a love for nature? Join us for Sunflower Seedlings Preschool’s Read, Paint, and Plant event at Beacon Food Forest! This hands-on experience is perfect for little explorers and their families who love books, art, and digging in the dirt.
What to Expect:
📖 Read: We’ll kick things off with a cozy storytime featuring a nature-themed children’s book that inspires curiosity and appreciation for the outdoors.
🎨 Paint: After our story, it’s time to get creative! Kids will have the chance to paint their own flower pots, adding their unique touch with vibrant colors and designs.
🌱 Plant: Once their pots are dry, little gardeners will plant sunflower seeds to take home and care for, watching them grow just like their love for nature!
